A Quick Tip – How to Perform Floor Presses Easily!
By Adam Sinicki on September 10, 2014
Floor presses are bench presses performed while lying on the floor, they save you money and space because you don’t need a bench, and they even have some benefits uniquely their own (they remove momentum from the movement and they prevent shoulder injuries).
Unfortunately floor presses are also very difficult to perform with a heavy weight because you need to somehow get underneath the barbell. I came up with a solution the yesterday, and thought I’d share the tip here for others to benefit from. Enjoy!
