The Anabolic Breakfast: The Best Breakfast for Bodybuilders

I just shared the ‘nootropic breakfast’, and now here is the ‘anabolic breakfast’. This breaskfast will kick your body into an anabolic overdrive so that you burn fat and build muscle throughout the day ahead. Even if you introduce this into your diet with not other changes, you should see some benefits (for reasons I explain in the video!).

Above is the detailed explanation, but essentially you are poaching and egg and then eating it on top of some spinach with a little salt and pepper. Enjoy! What do you guys eat for breakfast?

It’s a study looking at phytoecdysteroids when given to mammals. Whether or not spinach would give you benefits anything like that I can’t really say, but it’s certainly an interesting subject and one that I plan to explore further on this blog in future. Stay tuned!
